1. Standard cancellation policy
All cancellations must either be submitted online via the customer account for the relevant Event, or sent in writing to refund@euromedicom.com, and must be received:
- up to 30 days before the first day of the Event, to receive a refund of 80% of the Event fees (the remaining 20% retained as a processing fee); or
- less than 30 days and up to 15 days before the first day of the Event, to receive a refund of 50% of the Event fees (the remaining 50% retained as a processing and cancellation fee).
The Organiser regrets that cancellations cannot be accepted less than 15 days before the first day of the Event. No refunds or other credits will be given for cancellations received after this date, and the full amount of the Delegate's fees remains payable.
This refund is the Delegate's sole remedy in respect of any cancellation of their registration; all other liability is expressly excluded. For Standard Rate registrations, refunds cannot be granted on the grounds of unsuccessful visa applications.
2. Flex rate — AMWC Dubai 2026
For AMWC Dubai 2026, delegates may choose the Flex Rate at the time of registration, for a supplement of €100 (all pass categories, all countries).
Delegates registered under the Flex Rate may cancel for any reason and receive a 100% refund of all amounts paid (Event fee and Flex supplement), provided the cancellation is received by 9:30 AM (Dubai time) on 19 October 2026 — 48 hours before the first day of AMWC Dubai 2026.
Cancellations must be submitted online via the customer account or in writing to refund@euromedicom.com, and received by the deadline above. There are no cancellation fees or partial refunds for Flex Rate cancellations made within this deadline. After this deadline, no refund is available under either rate.
For Standard Rate registrations, refunds cannot be granted on the grounds of unsuccessful visa applications. This restriction does not apply to Flex Rate registrations cancelled within the applicable deadline.
The Flex Rate is available only for new registrations made on or after 3 September 2026, and must be selected at the time of registration — it cannot be added to a registration made before this date.
Registrations completed before 3 September 2026 remain governed by the Standard Cancellation Policy (Section 1) above.
